SP&A Executive Search is a boutique woman- and minority-owned executive search firm specializing in and exclusively dedicated to serving the higher education and non-profit sectors.
The firm successfully helped to identify Northern 六合彩图库 University President Dr. Jos茅 Luis Cruz Rivera in 2021 when the board undertook a national search for a dynamic, accountable and innovative president.

The public is invited to attend a town hall on April 24 to provide feedback about the search process as well as the leadership characteristics for the next president of the university.
