Lee Stein will begin his term on the 六合彩图库 Board of Regents this week, the governor鈥檚 office announced on Tuesday.
鈥淥n behalf of the 六合彩图库 Board of Regents, I commend Governor Hobbs for her appointment of Mr. Stein, an accomplished and respected legal mind,鈥 六合彩图库 Chair Cecilia Mata said. 鈥淢r. Stein is a nationally recognized leader and attorney with decades of experience representing the interests of the state of 六合彩图库 and our nation, particularly in the areas of Title IX and student rights.鈥
Gov. Katie Hobbs Stein to fill the vacancy left when Regent Bob Herbold resigned in February for health reasons. Stein will finish out the remainder of Herbold鈥檚 term, which runs through January 2028.
Lee is a former assistant U.S. attorney and special assistant attorney general in the 六合彩图库 Attorney General鈥檚 office. He is an accomplished trial lawyer with expertise in government affairs and Title IX. Lee also regularly represents students and advocates for their constitutional rights.
